As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading, mentoring, and supporting our team to provide the highest quality of care. About the Role As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide both practical and emotional care while also acting as a role model and leader to your colleagues. You will support residents to achieve independence, wellbeing, and personal goals, whilst ensuring the home runs safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead by example in delivering person-centred care. Mentor, supervise, and support junior colleagues in their practice. Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans. Support with personal care, daily living activities, and household tasks. Encourage and enable residents to engage in hobbies, social activities, and community life. Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards.
