This is a key role within the Quality team, supporting operations, customers and suppliers while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance across complex manufacturing processes. ResponsibilitiesProvide Quality support across operations, customers and suppliers to optimise performance and minimise disruptionLead and support root cause investigations (RCCA) for internal and external quality issuesDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, FMEA, APQP and other quality toolsConduct data analysis and reporting using statistical tools (e.g. Minitab) to support business decisionsSupport and carry out internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory auditsReview specifications to ensure compliance and protect business interestsWork cross-functionally with engineering, operations and global teams to resolve quality challengesMaintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) and associated processesEnsure ERP and quality systems are aligned with customer and internal requirementsPromote a strong quality culture across the site, maintaining visibility on the shop floor Key RequirementsDegree qualified in a scientific or engineering discipline (or equivalent ..... full job details .....
