This role offers the opportunity to support senior fee earners within a highly regarded and specialist team, providing high-quality PA and administrative support in a fast-paced and professional environment.Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive PA support to partners and fee earners within the Private Client and Tax team Managing busy diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents and correspondence Handling client communications with professionalism and discretion Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate case records Managing billing, time recording and expenses Liaising with internal departments and external contacts General administrative support as requiredSkills and Experience Required Previous experience as a Legal PA or senior legal secretary Experience within Private Client, Tax, or a related practice area is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Excellent attention to detail and document production skills Confident communication skills and a proactive, professional approach High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systemsWhat''s on Offer Salary up to 40,000, depending on ..... full job details .....
