Practice Nurse Streatham (Leadership Role) A well-established, high-performing GP practice based in Streatham is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Practice Nurse to join its friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse with strong primary care experience who is looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of high-quality nursing services.The successful candidate will combine hands-on clinical practice with a key leadership function, supporting the day-to-day running of nursing services and acting as a senior clinical resource within the practice.
