SwindonI m recruiting for an established printing company in Swindon looking for an experienced Litho Press Operator to join their busy production team. You ll be working on Heidelberg litho presses, producing high-quality colour print for a variety of clients.You ll work on the night shift 6pm-6am (Week one: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun, Mon, Tues. Week two: off) on a weekly rotating basis. Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain Heidelberg litho printing presses to produce colour print jobs to specificationPrepare and set up presses, including colour matching and paper handlingMonitor print quality, adjusting as requiredEnsure adherence to production schedules and deadlinesPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipmentWork closely with the production team to meet client expectationsRequirements:Proven experience as a Litho Press Operator, preferably in colour printing (preferably Heidelberg although full training is provided if you ve gained experience with KBA, Roland, Komori)Strong understanding of lithographic processes and press operationAttention to detail and quality-conscious mindsetAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentGood communication skills and a team-oriented approachSalary and Benefits:A salary of £40,500 is on offer for this role, plus a £2,000 signing on bonus once you ve successfully completed your probationary period.
