Key Responsibilities: Processing and reconciling supplier invoices Raising Purchase Orders and matching them to delivery notes Allocating payments and managing the purchase ledger Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies Assisting with month-end close processes and reporting Maintaining accurate financial records and filing Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks Required Experience and Skills: Previous experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good Excel skills and proficiency with finance systems Ability to work independently within a busy team Excellent communication and organisational skills ..... full job details .....
