The Growth Lab is a global enablement program designed to accelerate the development of early-career sales professionals into full-cycle Sales Professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who have some experience in a sales-related position (e.g., SDR/BDR or similar entry-level roles) and are looking to deepen their skills and grow into a quota-carrying sales position in high-tech sales. If you’re curious, driven to understand how customers think, and eager to learn how products solve real business problems, you’ll thrive here.

The Growth Lab ProgramOver six months, you’ll follow a structured training path covering the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to value-based selling and closing deals. You’ll get:

The role is based in London, UK.

What You’ll Do

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Effectively articulate the value proposition of Qt’s products and services to potential customers.

Support marketing events by identifying and following up on leads generated through campaigns and industry events.

Complete the Growth Lab training program, including mentorship, structured learning modules, and hands-on sales experience, to prepare for a transition into a full Sales Representative role.
