Our well-established client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer on a full-time (9-6, Monday to Friday) permanent basis to join their Chelmsford office.Responsibilities:

Handling private law proceedingsManaging Family Law Act proceedingsAdvising on divorce and separationApplying for financial ordersDrafting co-habitation agreementsPreparing pre and post nuptial agreementsExperience with CCMS and Legal Aid is preferredConducting own advocacyQualifications and Skills:

Outstanding client care skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesChildren Panel membership or other accreditation is desirable but not essential
