Your roleWe are looking for a Platform Manager to help strengthen and expand a busy, committed team of network professionals. Your role will involve:All aspects of maintaining and supporting a small Windows based Live Service Network, with a range of hosted applicationsProvide Level 3rd Line level support and troubleshooting to resolve issuesWork within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the networkAssist various departments within the account to maintain network securityEstablishment and adherence of processes, procedures and work instructionsEnsure accurate records are kept of network components, maintenance activities, network connections and inventory by maintaining appropriate databasesProvide technical on call support out of hours on a 1 week in 3 basisYour experienceStrong knowledge of Windows systemsGood understanding of networksRun and maintained a monthly security patching processPKI knowledgeDesirablesAn understanding of how to account for sensitive materialMaintaining a document libraryRunning and understanding daily environment checksThis role will require you to be willing and eligible to undergo a high level of UK security clearanceIf you''re interested in the above, apply or reach out to (see below) Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
