The Role: Lead internal audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance Manage one direct report and provide quality leadership across the site Conduct supplier audits and drive quality improvements Collaborate with engineering and production on SOPs and NPI projects Oversee customer quality requirements and inspections Investigate issues using RCA and implement CAPAs The Person: Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment Strong background in ISO standards, auditing, and quality improvement Previous experience managing or mentoring others Skilled in supplier and customer quality processes Knowledge of 8D, RCA, FMEA and interpreting technical drawings Six Sigma or Lean certification desirable Morgan Jones is ..... full job details .....
