What you need:

  • Proven experience working within a housing sector environment with a focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of housing and tenancy law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be resilient, empathetic, and comfortable handling challenging conversations professionally.
  • Experience in managing customer complaints effectively, ensuring resident needs are always prioritized.
  • A strong awareness of cultural diversity and the ability to provide tailored support to a varied customer base.

Ideally you will also have a relevant professional qualification, such as CIH Level 2 or 3, with experience preparing cases for legal action, including court attendance.

Why you'll love this job:

  • Performance-based annual bonus
  • Matched pension contributions up to 6%.
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays (with the option to buy/sell holiday).
  • Enhanced family leave policies
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Continuous professional development
