My client has now created this brand-new position. It’s an 18-month contract with a possibility of going perm after this.

This accredited organisation offers an excellent package- 36 hours per week, hybrid working (3 days in office)29 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, wellbeing allowance etc...

Based in a super modern office role duties as follows.

• Providing EA support to various C suite individuals as well as associated charities
• Will work along side the senior EA and act as gate keeper
• Prepare and collate various reports
• Act as primary contact for charity trustees
• Manage all day-to-day diary and travel arrangements
• Manage invoice tracking, credit card expenses
• Provide additional project support to CFO and COO
• Minute taking and record keeping
• SharePoint

• Experience needed
• Solid experience within an EA role- from a fast paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with Board/Committee work
• Confident minute taker
• Experience with SharePoint
• Confidence managing financial processes- expenses etc
• Highly personable and collaborative in style
