About the role: You ll be undertaking tasks such as responding to incoming enquiries, responding to customer queries and processing orders. Expect to be on the phone as well as being the face of our trade counter, providing expert knowledge and assistance to any walk-in customers. You ll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value. We re looking for someone confident and proactive, who isn t afraid to get stuck into a range of tasks.
