Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver and manage projects across key areasStrategic Thinking: develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with client goalsClient Relationship Management: build and maintain strong client partnershipsFinancial Acumen: understand financial markets, investment products, portfolio management, and risk frameworksData-Driven Decision Making: analyse data, conduct market research, financial analysis, and risk assessmentsRegulatory Knowledge: familiarity with asset management regulations (e.g., SEC rules, MiFID II)Change Management: guide clients through organizational and technological change; implement process improvementsStakeholder Management: manage diverse interests and align with project objectivesLeadership and Team Development: mentor and develop teamsCommunication and Presentation: deliver presentations to executivesProblem Solving: analytical and creative problem-solvingProject Management: manage timelines, budgets, and resources; plan and document requirements; facilitate workshopsTechnology Savvy: awareness of fintech, data analytics, and automation toolsNegotiation Skills: negotiate contracts and vendor relationshipsCollaboration: work across multidisciplinary teamsAdaptability: operate in dynamic environmentsBusiness Development: support proposals and client opportunities; stay informed on industry trendsIdentify growth opportunities and support client engagementsEducation, Certifications and Experience
A third level degree with strong academic recordProject Management certification (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and ability to apply best practicesMinimum 4-8 years of relevant experience, depending on levelSkills and Competencies
Strong Project/Programme Management leading multi-disciplinary teamsBroad Financial Services/Asset Management industry experienceEnd-to-end project delivery across lifecycle in complex environmentsAnalytical and interpersonal skills; client service excellenceMulti-tasking and deadline managementBusiness development experience including proposals and client presentationsExperience engaging with C-Suite/Senior ManagementBig-picture thinking with attention to detailCuriosity for new opportunities and creative problem-solvingEquity, Diversity and Inclusion
