Account Manager / Tour Coordinator for a growing, forward-thinking School Tour Operator.
Location - Leeds City Centre (LS1). Full-time Position: £26,400

Job Description- Client relationships are our number one priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain our clients’ accounts, manage international tours and serve as our main point of contact.

Ability to multitask and juggle several - responsibilities simultaneously
- English & Maths GCSE at Grade C or above.
Objectives of this Role
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Create and manage travel/ tour Itinerary bookings. This will involve managing and negotiating contracts/ agreements with suppliers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Additional responsibilities to support Tour Operations
- Research and build tour itineraries based on prospective customers'' requirements, and destination highlights.
- Liaise with existing suppliers to establish availability and costs.
- Find and contact new suppliers to establish availability and costs.
- Maintain accurate and clear records of supplier availability, pricing and options.
- Produce a full list of costs involved in a tour in-line with agreed deadlines.
- Create tour proposals for new and existing customers with accurate information and itineraries.
