Account Manager / Tour Coordinator for a growing, forward-thinking School Tour Operator.

 
Location - Leeds City Centre (LS1). Full-time Position: £26,400

Job Description- Client relationships are our number one priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain our clients’ accounts, manage international tours and serve as our main point of contact.

Objectives of this Role 

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Create and manage travel/ tour Itinerary bookings. This will involve managing and negotiating contracts/ agreements with suppliers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Additional responsibilities to support Tour Operations

  • Research and build tour itineraries based on prospective customers'' requirements, and destination highlights.
  • Liaise with existing suppliers to establish availability and costs.
  • Find and contact new suppliers to establish availability and costs.
  • Maintain accurate and clear records of supplier availability, pricing and options.
  • Produce a full list of costs involved in a tour in-line with agreed deadlines.
  • Create tour proposals for new and existing customers with accurate information and itineraries.
