As a Bank Regional Care Assistant with Barchester care homes, you\''ll deliver warm, empathetic and respectful care and support across a 20-mile radius to help residents get the most out of life. This is a bank role to provide cover as and when needed, with responsibilities including monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording observations.Responsibilities

Provide support and companionship to residents, ensuring meaningful one-to-one time with carers each shift.Monitor the delivery of care when on duty; contribute to the person-centred care planning process for each resident; record observations (e.g., temperature and blood pressure) among other tasks.Cover will be required at locations including Claremont Parkway, Brampton View and Elm Bank.About you

Background in care with understanding of elderly care.Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is useful; a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry.GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above preferred.Dedicated, compassionate and flexible; you\''ll be travelling across the area and will need your own car or ready access to one. Mileage is covered when you travel over five miles from your main home; a bonus may apply if on duty during an inspection and the site earns a Good rating.Rewards package
