Our client, a highly regarded educational institution in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive the individualised attention and support they require to thrive academically and socially. Your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with our SEND teachers and other professionals to create and implement comprehensive support plans tailored to each student''s unique requirements. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, assisting them with academic tasks, social interaction, and personal care as needed. Collaborating with SEND teachers and other specialists to develop and execute engaging, inclusive lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of your students.
