Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and thrive in a creative working atmosphere.Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:Representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions, embodying the brand personality traits and company values.Growing the user base by inviting positive trials and awareness through product sampling at the right place and time, and answering consumer questions competently.Building and executing tailored, innovative campus plans to engage students and bring the brand to life at university.Creating and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.Driving brand engagement on social media with authentic content.Working at RedBull and supported events to create memorable brand experiences.Collaborating with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible in outlets.Opening new distribution points within the university campus and beyond in collaboration with sales.Leveraging RedBull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.Ensuring the execution of store standards and delivering excellence in all tasks.Sharing ideas, collaborating with the team, and reporting activities via the online platform in a timely and accurate manner.Providing local insights, trends, and opportunities to develop the RedBull media business.Qualifications include studying at a university within the specified city and being willing to travel 70-80% of the time.The Team
