Food and Beverage Supervisor / Team Leader
to join the team at our beautifully restored 18th-century boutique hotel in a historic market town in Buckinghamshire.About the Role
As FandB Supervisor, you''ll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality service across multiple outletsfrom our elegant restaurant and cozy bar to afternoon tea lounges, private dining, and vibrant events. Youll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves with an experience to remember.Whether youre managing a busy dinner service, helping host weddings in our stunning event space, or setting the tone for relaxed al fresco dining, no two days will be the sameand thats exactly how you like it.What You''ll Be Doing
Supervising the food and beverage team across restaurant, bar, lounge, and events
Supporting and delivering exceptional service during weddings, meetings and special functions
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including staff rota and shift leadership
Providing hands-on training, coaching and motivating junior team members
Acting as a guest ambassadorapproachable, professional and solution-focused
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment at all times
What The Company Is Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role
Confident team leader with strong communication and people skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Knowledge of food and drink service standards (wine, cocktails, table service, etc.)
A can-do attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow
