About the Role

On behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected residential developer, we are seeking a Timber Frame Site Manager to oversee a quality-driven housing development in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for delivering high-spec timber-framed homes that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management of timber frame housing projects
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors on site
• Ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality and H&S standards
• Managing programme timelines, materials, and logistics
• Liaising with project and technical teams to maintain smooth delivery and compliance
• Carrying out snagging and inspections to ensure first-class finishes

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing timber frame or traditional build residential sites
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications preferred
• Extensive Timber Frame experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to drive a team and deliver high-quality homes on programme
