They are now seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join their London-based team.The Role:This is a senior position responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance in overseeing the organisation''s compliance framework and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities:• Monitoring and interpreting relevant regulatory and legislative changes• Developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures and control frameworks• Leading compliance risk assessments and maintaining the risk register• Overseeing compliance monitoring programmes and internal reviews• Producing clear reports for senior leadership and governance committees• Delivering compliance training and promoting a strong culture of ethics and integrity• Acting as a key point of contact for regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders• Mentoring members of the compliance teamAbout You:• Extensive experience in compliance, regulatory or risk roles• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, particularly Anti-Money Laundering regulations• Experience managing compliance programmes or frameworks• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work strategically while maintaining strong attention to detailBenefits:• Hybrid and flexible working• 25 days holiday + bank holidays• Pension• Private ..... full job details .....
