What you''ll be doingAssist the Service Delivery Manager to ensure that the daily checking of vehicles and any other assets are completed at the commencement and during each shift and that the appropriate forms/E-documents are correctly completed.Ensure all staff are given the appropriate worksheet, round/beat sheet and map relating to their specific daily tasks with any amendments or variations and that they fully understand these tasksEnsure all staff have the correct level of tools and equipment in a serviceable condition to carry out their duties.Ensure that any accident involving any employee, vehicle or equipment is fully investigated and that all documentation is produced and presented to your ManagerUndertake daily contract monitoring surveys and assist with generating associated reports as necessaryAssist the Manager in ensuring that all vehicles, items of plant and equipment are cleansed at least weekly or as shown in the cleansing scheduleOn completion of daily work, ensure that the workforce has been correctly signed off, all routes, maps, worksheets and log sheets are returned and duly completed and signed.Provide cover for the Manager as and when necessary
