Rate: £52.76 - £57.11phContract Length: 6 - 9 monthsThe Role This senior role sits within Legal Services and involves managing a small, friendly team.Advise across Planning, Highways, licensing under the Licensing Act 2003, taxi licensing, pollution control, food, health and safety, trading standards and safer housing.The team also advises Planning, Licensing and Regulatory, and Appeals Committees.Attend and advise at Planning Committee. About You 5+ years'' of PQE in Planning and Environment Law as a Solicitor in England and Wales.Team leadership experience.Strong drafting, advisory and committee experience.
