Responsibilities:Manage the flow of project documentation, ensuring all incoming and outgoing documents are handled efficiently.Maintain version control and document tracking systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Ensure compliance with internal and external document control procedures, keeping everything in line with regulations.File, archive, and retrieve technical/project documentation, making it easy for the team to access what they need.Support engineers and project managers with document-related tasks to keep projects running smoothly.Prepare transmittals and liaise with third parties and suppliers regarding document submissions, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Oversee the influx of documents, ensuring everything is downloaded, logged into the system, and organised effectively.Set up internal documents in the system through a manual process, ensuring everything is correctly filed for future reference.After review by engineers, email documents to clients, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
