Hotel Accounts Assistant

to

our

finance team.You will report to the

Hotel General Manager

,

playing a crucial role in

supporting

the financial and back office operation of the hotel.A

Hotel Accounts Assistant

will

be responsible for

:Sales Purchase Ledger-

ensures invoices and credit notes are raised and posted

accurately

and

in a timely mannerCoordi

nates

with

outsource providers for purchase invoices and reconciles delivery to invoices re

ceived and purchase ordersPayments and Treasury-

responsible

for petty case, including maintenance of petter cash records and completion of cash reconciliations within given guidelinesReconciles receipt accounts including cash, credit card and BACSMonth End-

Assist the Finance team with month end processesPrepares accruals and

bad debt

provisionsCredit control-

Maintain

the

timely

and effective collection of debts including

corporate

invoices

To be successful in the role of

Hotel Accounts Assistant

, we

require

:Minimum of 1

years'' experience

as accounting assistant or Senior receptionist or 2

years'' experience

as receptionist in hotel or service apartment residence businessKnowledge of

Oracle

Fusion Cloud accounting software (desirable)Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (desirable)AAT or similar qualified / working towards qualification (desirable)Fluency in written and spoken EnglishOrganisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
