As the ASB officer, you will be carrying out a range of duties, some of which have been listed below: This position involves crafting and executing strategies to prevent crime, address safety issues, and nurture positive relationships among TRS and stakeholders. Through collaborative efforts with TRS, external agencies, and community partners, the ASB Community Safety Co-ordinator strives to cultivate environments where TRS feel secure, supported, and empowered. Your role also entails ensuring that vulnerable tenants receive the support and guidance needed to sustain their tenancies. Collaborating closely with housing services colleagues, you will foster a culture of early intervention to promote tenancy sustainability and minimise legal interventions.
