We are looking for a passionate Secondary Supply Teacher to provide flexible teaching in West Sussex. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across various schools, allowing you to gain diverse experience and make a significant impact on students educational journeys.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across different subjects and year groups.
• Quickly adapt to new classroom environments and meet the needs of students.

• Utilise strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in educational settings is essential; Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability in strong classroom management.
