Are you highly organised and a whizz at multi-tasking under pressure? My client has an exciting opportunity for a new Sales Administrator to join its sales and customer services team.

Job duties for the Sales Administrator include:

• Processing sales and purchase orders
• Liaising with sales, warehouse and technical teams
• Arranging shipping quotes for UK, Europe and Worldwide
• Producing delivery notes and invoices
• Process returns for customers/suppliers.
• Provide customer service support to clients and suppliers

Skills and experience required for Sales Administrator include:

• Able to work under pressure and to prioritise work load
• Experience in Administration and Customer Service in an office environment
• Ability to commute to the office in Heathfield on a daily basis
• Must be dog friendly
