From -90 per day (PAYE - no umbrella deductions)

With around 450 students, the school provides a supportive setting where every individual is valued.
We''re looking for a reliable and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team and provide meaningful support to students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges. This role offers the chance to work closely within classrooms, helping students build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting students with special educational needs in mainstream lessons and small group sessions
Encouraging emotional regulation, resilience, and social interaction
Working alongside teachers to adapt learning materials and support inclusive teaching
Providing regular feedback on student progress and helping to shape individual support strategies
Promoting a calm, respectful, and engaging learning environment
We''d Love to Hear From You If You:
Have previous experience supporting students with SEN, particularly in a school or similar educational setting
Bring a patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to your work
Can build strong, positive relationships with young people and staff alike
Are comfortable working as part of a collaborative, values-driven team
Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential with relevant experience)
