Key Responsibilities:

·Lead and manage the delivery of MEP design across major construction projects
·Act as the technical lead, ensuring quality, compliance, and best practice across all designs
·Support the Head of Service in managing team performance, utilisation, and delivery targets
·Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and wider project functions
·Build and maintain strong client relationships, both internally and externally
·Oversee feasibility studies, detailed design, and technical reporting
·Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team
·Support business development activities, including bid submissions and client presentations
·Monitor project progress, risks, and costs, ensuring successful delivery

What They''re Looking For:

·Chartered Engineer (CIBSE or IET)
·Degree in Mechanical Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
·Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
·Strong background delivering large-scale MEP projects
·Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders
·Experience managing team performance, utilisation, and project delivery targets
·Strong understanding of quality assurance and design processes
·Ability to meet BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) requirements
