The successful candidate will ensure parts are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with approved supplier agreements, while supporting operational performance, quality standards, and profitability.Responsibilities for a Parts Manager / Parts Supervisor / Head of Parts: Manage the end-to-end parts supply process, ensuring all parts are sourced quickly, cost-effectively, and in line with approved supplier agreements.Oversee daily parts ordering, deliveries, and returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with job requirements to BSI standards.Control parts availability, lead times, and ETAs, keeping the workshop informed of delays, shortages, and alternative options.Maintain accurate stock levels and storage, including regular stock checks and ensuring parts and consumables are securely and well organised.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing, resolve issues, and improve service levels.Monitor parts margins, discounts, and surcharges to support site profitability and overall commercial performance.
