About the JobThe CompanyOur client, Yamazaki Mazak is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.Jonathan Lee Workforce Solutions are the preferred supplier to Mazak.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC press brake machines safely and efficiently,Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical diagrams, and job specifications,Select, install, and adjust tooling to meet job requirements,Perform quality checks and ensure all parts meet required tolerances,Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed,Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area in line with 5S standards in Order,Actively participate in Kaizen activities, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, safety, and productivity,Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams,Complete production documentation accurately. Required Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience operating CNC press brake machinery (required),Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings,Good mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Flexibility to work additional hours when require.Desirable SkillsExperience with JP, Bystronic, or similar machinery,Basic ..... full job details .....
