As a Patrao (our General Manager) you will treat the restaurant as if it’s your own business and be key to making decisions and creating a great culture within the restaurant. You will be a proven leader with the ability to work towards targets and KPI’s.Responsibilities

Lead the restaurant as if it were your own business, making key decisions to create a strong culture and drive performance.Motivate and engage a team; develop and grow staff to become future Managers.Deliver consistent, high-quality service and PERi-PERi to customers in-restaurant and at home; drive sales across multi-channel environments.Set and work toward targets and KPIs; manage operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Qualifications and skills
