We recently added Email marketing to our platform and are looking for a capable email marketing manager to manage clients success and related email marketing operations.

Join our Operations Team as an Email Marketing Manager, be the first person on the team to deal full time with our email features. A fascinating position that touches multiple aspects of Product, RandD and CS roles.

Responsibilities

Onboarding and supporting our customers to SMSEdge''s email platformDraw feedback and insights from working with our client''s email campaignsTroubleshoot and improve overall platform email deliveryWork with the product team to improve email operations

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience with bulk email marketing - mustHigh level English - mustAbility to work independently, initiate and take on responsibility
