The role of the Registered Manager is to manage the day-to-day activities and to grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users. In running the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed, correctly controlled, and documented.You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards internally, as well as for regulators and contract holders.What you’ll do
