You ll work collaboratively with other teams within the organisation that are there to support you in the continuous improvement of the service delivery within the home. You ll provide strong leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring that they feel supported in their roles, are empowered to make decisions and that regular training and supervision continues to develop their skills and knowledge.
