Key ResponsibilitiesWork under the direction of the SENCo, Senior Leadership Team, and teaching staff to deliver learning activities and interventionsSupport pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, enabling access to learning and promoting independenceBuild safe, trusting relationships and act as a positive role modelSupport pupils'' holistic development, including emotional, social, and life skillsDeliver bespoke intervention programmes and maintain accurate records of pupil progressEssential:Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary schoolGCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in English and MathsStrong organisational skills, including record keeping and running interventionsDesirable:Experience working with pupils with SEMH needsExperience supporting pupils who have experienced trauma or ..... full job details .....
