These roles are key to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing first-class administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesBook flights with airlines and agentsComplete administration tasks to support the operations teamRaise Export Customs Entries on CDS (Descartes software - full training provided, experience desirable)Manifest and pre-alert flightsRaise T1 documents for road shipments (1-2 per day)Assist in the warehouse for approximately 1-2 hours per day (6 pm-8 pm) - no heavy lifting, shipments under 32 kgDesirable Knowledge and ExperienceImport SFD/FDE clearancesT1/T2 clearances/dischargesTemporary Admission clearancesImport/export of ATA Carnet and CITES goodsForklift licence (desirable, not essential)Dangerous Goods awareness (desirable)Driving licence (desirable) Monday-Friday 12 pm-9 ..... full job details .....
