We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our client''s operations team at Catterick Garrison. This role is key in supporting the smooth running of projects by assisting with job organisation, planning, purchase orders, timesheets, vehicle tracking, and updating in-house systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be adaptable to change, and ensure that all administrative processes are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the operations team with job organisation and work planning
• Raise purchase orders and process timesheets
• Monitor vehicle tracking and maintain accurate records
• Upload and manage data within the in-house system
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Solid background in administration and office management
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

• DBS enhanced check required (funded by idverde). Please note, the successful applicant cannot start without DBS clearance.
• This role is based on an MOD site.
