Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established service, ensuring exceptional care delivery and robust staff management of an Children''s Residential Home. Duties of the Role: Service Delivery: Oversee person-centered care in line with regulatory requirements. Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff and individuals supportedStaff Supervision: Recruit, lead, and develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support WorkersFinancial Administration: Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocationQuality and Compliance: Use IT systems to track performance, incidents, training, and occupancy.
