Duties of a Sales Support Administrator: Support the Sales Team with all administration activities including compiling, creating, and checking finance documents, quotations, and proposalsSubmit finance applications to lenders via online portalsComplete credit checks and review lending rates for client proposalsArrange and manage document signatures, ensuring accuracy before authorisationMaintain and update CRM systems with sales progress and client interactionsRaise invoices and commission documents, ensuring accuracy of all detailsCompile pay-out packs for lenders following document completionAssist with client onboarding, including KYC checksHandle inbound calls and enquiries, directing to relevant team membersMake outbound calls to lenders, banks, and suppliers to progress deals and obtain required informationSupport the internal credit team with searches and administrationAssist with ..... full job details .....
