The Job Role:Restaurant and Bar manager for a 150+ bedroom hotel.Restaurant and Bar manager to oversee a busy hotelRestaurant and Bar operation - Also supporting weddings, conferences, events amongst other outlets within the hotel. when needed.Restaurant and Bar Manager who can motivate the team to give exceptional service and leave a positive lasting impression on all customersRestaurant and Bar Manager that enjoys training and developing staff.Working 5 days over 7Reporting directly to Food and Beverage Manager.
