The Role They are looking for an Associate Director of Finance to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead the Finance team in addition to leading on several aspects of Finance. You will also contribute to all areas of the organisation, using effective analysis to challenge assumptions and to support key decision making as they strive to achieve their strategic enablers. Assisting in the preparation and implementation of a trustee approved financial strategy and plan, you will provide strategic direction to long-term financial planning. You will also review, develop and improve financial policies and procedures as well as creating and monitoring financial risk management policies and internal controls. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Finance function which will include leading, motivating and developing the Finance Team.
