Global Organisation – Greenfield Salesforce ImplementationJoin a Global Organisation at the Forefront of Digital TransformationMason Frank are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the technical delivery of a greenfield Salesforce implementation across our client\''s global enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to shape the architecture from the ground up and play a key role in the digital transformation journey.You will serve as the lead technical resource, responsible for the analysis, architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing support of the Salesforce platform, with a core focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Commerce Cloud is highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of Salesforce across the organisationTranslate business requirements into scalable and future-proof Salesforce solutionsProvide hands-on development and configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially Commerce CloudDefine and implement DevOps strategies using Copado for Salesforce release managementEstablish CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to ensure robust delivery practicesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, developers, and 3rd-party vendors to ensure successful project deliveryProvide technical leadership and mentoring to development teamsProven experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, ideally in a greenfield environmentDeep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service CloudExperience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a strong advantageStrong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD automationHands-on experience with Copado for Salesforce release managementSalesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are desirableExcellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teamsWhat is in it for you
