You''ll reshape, and lead the finance team by driving efficiency in processes, and realigning responsibilities, and reshaping the finance team.The role Number one finance lead on site, full ownership of reporting, cashflow, budgeting and MI.Restructure and lead the finance team (management accounting, purchase ledger/payroll/expenses, credit control, support), clarifying roles and streamlining processesPartner leadership on deals, pricing, stocking and aftermarket strategy, providing strategic solutions, not just numbers.Lead and reshape a small finance team, streamline processes and eliminate double-handling between systems.Improve credit control and sales ledger process and manage relationships with lendersFull-time office-based role in a direct, fast-paced manufacturing environment About you Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with strong management accounting and commercial finance experience.Ideally from a construction/manufacturing background.Resilient, straight-talking, thrives in turnaround situations and wants visible impact, not a steady-state role.Confident with systems/MI and comfortable challenging senior ..... full job details .....
