Are you an MRICS-qualified Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a role with more ownership, high-profile projects, and a clear route to progression?

We’re working with a very well-regarded cost consultancy that’s expanding its presence in the Midlands and now looking to bring in an experienced Project Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.

You’ll be supporting the delivery of high-profile commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes, working closely with a collaborative senior team who take pride in delivering best-in-class service to private clients and developers.

This role offers the chance to be involved from early cost planning through to completion, in an environment that balances high performance with real support and career development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing cost planning, procurement, and tendering processes
• Leading on pre- and post-contract duties for key projects
• Administering contracts and managing change control
• Providing accurate cost reporting and forecasting
• Acting as a client-facing QS, building strong relationships
• Supporting the mentorship of junior team members

• MRICS-qualified Quantity Surveyor
• Strong consultancy background across private sector work
• Confident running projects independently
• Comfortable working across JCT contracts
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• A commercial mindset and collaborative approach

• £55,000 – £65,000 salary (depending on experience)
