Marketing Automation SpecialistThe Role: You''ll oversee the optimisation and ongoing development of our HubSpot platform, ensuring it''s set up for peak performance and aligned with the needs of multiple teams.You''ll work collaboratively with marketing, sales, operations, and technical stakeholders to ensure HubSpot is both structurally sound and creatively impactful, driving better journeys, cleaner data, and measurable performance improvements.The Day To DayManage the HubSpot platform day-to-day, including workflows, automation, data structure, and integrationsBuild and optimise automated journeys across marketing, sales, and CRMEnsure the system is set up for both technical best practice and effective campaign executionMonitor performance and identify opportunities for optimisationProvide guidance and recommendations on how teams can use HubSpot more effectivelyTroubleshoot technical issues and maintain platform hygiene and data qualityStay up to date on new HubSpot features and suggest improvements proactivelyKey Skills:Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot automation, workflows, CRM setup, and technical configurationUnderstanding of how HubSpot supports creative and commercial journey designConfident in analysing performance data and translating insights into improvementsAbility to explain technical concepts simply to non-technical stakeholdersProactive, curious, and keen to drive continuous optimisation If you would like to find out more about this position, feel ..... full job details .....
