Be the face of the restaurant by delivering friendly, welcoming and helpful customer service.Deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in customer areas.Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, and help organise special events.Look after customers’ specific needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and establish positive communication with customers at all times.Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction and any issues that arise.Work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and connect with customers so they feel valued.Qualifications
Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; a natural ability to work well as part of a team.Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.Benefits
