Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, you''ll be joining a passionate team on an ambitious journey toward earning a second Michelin star. This restaurant is celebrated for its seasonal tasting menus, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to the guest experience. The Role:

As

Restaurant Manager , you will oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences across a 45-cover restaurant. You will work closely with the Chef Patron and Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and lead, mentor, and motivate a team of passionate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all front-of-house operationsDeliver and maintain world-class service standards in line with Michelin expectationsLead, train, and inspire FOH staff to exceed guest expectationsOversee reservations, guest relations, and dining room logisticsCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure flawless service flowMonitor inventory, budgets, and cost controlsFoster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

About You:

Minimum 3 years'' experience in a managerial role within a Michelin-starred environment.Assistant Restaurant Manager''s will be considered who are looking to step up.Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagementStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsConfident and calm under pressure with meticulous attention to detailA passion for food, wine, and the art of hospitalityFlexible schedule, with the restaurant being closed on Tuesday and Wednesday as well as Monday and Thursday lunch times.
