We’re seeking a driven
Audit Senior Manager
to lead a diverse client portfolio, delivering audits under
FRS 102
and
IFRS
with minimal supervision. You’ll manage financial performance (WIP, billing, debt), mentor junior staff, and play a key role in client relationships and business development. Strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a proactive, commercial mindset are essential. This is a clear opportunity for progression, with support toward
RI status

At least 5 years’ experience in an accountancy practice, with a focus on auditStrong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client and team relationshipsProven track record managing complex projects and multiple stakeholdersTrusted advisor to clients and colleagues, with a collaborative working styleDelivers high-quality, technically sound work with strong attention to detailExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage heavy workloadsProactive problem-solver who keeps assignments on track and within budgetCommercially minded, able to spot opportunities within existing client relationships and engage other service lines as neededPassionate about developing others, providing hands-on technical support and team mentorshipStrong technical expertise in accounting and auditing standards (FRS102, IFRS)Experience leading group audits and preparing consolidated financial statementsFamiliarity with CaseWare and/or Mercia audit methodologies (desirable)Benefits and Why Join
